Built by Experience. Trusted at Sea.

Whitewater Recruitment is a trusted superyacht recruitment agency based in the UK, connecting experienced crew with luxury yachts and UHNW clients worldwide.

With first-hand knowledge of the industry and a practical understanding of life at sea, we’re well placed to support both clients and candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.

We have actual experience going through the ranks onboard, combined with recruitment experience with well known agencies. We couldn’t be more well placed in the recruitment field for this industry.

We’re available seven days a week and committed to delivering a personal, professional service whether you’re looking for your next role or need crew for your vessel. This was born from being in the position where we needed a new crew member by the Monday after having lost one on the Friday. We know the pressure that comes with that. Would your usual agency work weekends or bank holidays?
